Charlisa Goodlet

Policy Coordinator

Charlisa Goodlet is a Rochester, New York native currently residing in Albany, New York. Her activism began at a young age and progressed through her college years as a first-generation student, bringing to light the racial climate Black and Brown students endured at Private White Institutions. She has worked throughout New York State consulting on racial and social justice campaigns. Her work has centered around reparations for Black lives and developing impactful anti-poverty initiatives for under-resourced communities.

Before working at LibGen, she served as a Policy Analyst working in the New York State Legislature on various legislation. Charlisa holds a Bachelor in Political Science and African & African-American Studies and a Master’s in Africana Studies from SUNY Albany.
