Program Manager, Learning & Experience (Remote-US)
The Program Manager, Learning & Experience is responsible for supporting the design and facilitation of learning and partnership engagement experiences that build the power, capacity and knowledge of people of color to transform the economy. We understand “learning” in this context as participatory, multi-directional, political and transformative. In this role, the Program Manager will work in partnership with the Director of Learning & Experience and other program staff to support the development, design and implementation of curricula, popular / political education materials, and projects — both virtually and in-person — providing facilitation and direct support to LibGen’s partners, which includes grassroots organizers, movement groups, and their members. The Program Manager must be able to conceptualize and implement a creative vision and design meaningful experiences and events for grassroots and movement groups. This is an union role.
